Žiar nad Hronom

Event took place in Ziar nad Hronom in premises of BBSK - Pohronske osvetove stredisko  The organiser was Yoga association in cooperation with BBSK - Pohronske osvetove stredisko (provided premises and organizational help), municipality and Municipal sport club (provided advertisement of the event).



Thirty participants took part at the event, they exercised in exterior of the premises on the lawn. The program lasted from 9 am to 12 am, exercises from Common Yoga Protocol were chosen/exercised and they were amended with short lecture "What is Yoga and widely practised Yoga sadhanas".
